Giving something back

Falcon is a family-run business. We suffered the trials and tribulations of flood damage ourselves, and we’d like to do something for others affected by the flooding. We’re currently offering existing and new customers 15% off annual monitoring and maintenance of alarm systems for both homes and businesses. Please ask us for details of this offer. Please note that flood warning sensors can also be installed in our systems!

Keeping heads above water

We’d like to thank Falcon employees,local people and customers for all their help and good wishes during the July floods. Thanks to a canoe and some brave engineers, we answered all emergency callouts and managed to keep appointments with customers, despite 3 feet of water on the work premises. 

Gloucester Guild Hall CCTV

We have just completed our largest CCTV installation at Gloucester Guild Hall, it consists of 32 day/night vandal proof dome cameras connected to four rack mounted networked Digital Video Recorders with four flat panel monitors mounted in their control room. The Guild Hall were very impressed with our ability to find hidden cable routes around this historic building.

CCTV Update

Our engineers have recently completed training on the Dedicated Micros range of DVR´s, including the Eco range, the D4, DV-Ip range, as well as the new DS2.

Falcon Security Solutions Ltd (Falcon Systems) are now able to provide a local Hard Disc replacement service for customers Dedicated Micros DVR range of products.

Being able to provide a local service, we are able to reduce your DVR downtime from about eight days had you had returned it to your supplier, to, in many cases only a matter of hours. Ensuring your CCTV system is back up and running as quickly as possible.

As a result of further ongoing training Falcon Security Solutions Ltd (Falcon Systems) are aiming to provide a greater range of CCTV products offered to the customer as well as new services, one being Network/Remote Monitoring of the CCTV system allowing you to monitor your system from anywhere you have a network or internet connection.
